Procedures App
The procedure app is where users can create, edit, review, and approve SOPS and gives the user access to all procedures in the global library. It’s also possible to copy and reuse existing content ranging from full projects to single parameters based on the users’ specific needs.
Link procedures App
The Link Procedures app is where users will link approved procedures for a rig to the relevant digital plans (created in RigBridge).
Procedure Library
All digital procedures are located and available in the in the RigGuide procedure library.
The procedure library can also be accessed from RigFlow.
Standardized formatting
Procedures are created in a structured format resulting in a consistent presentation of procedures to the rig team.
Approval flow
Built in digital approval flow removing the requirement of manually printing and signing. All is now performed within the RigBridge™ software which additionally allows for approvals to be performed remotely if desired.
Revisions
Full revision control, with all stakeholders regardless of location, always having access to the latest revision. RigBridge™ also provides a comprehensive revision history, where it is possible to view and compare previous versions of the work instruction.
Attachments
All relevant attachments can be uploaded and published with the instructions. Replacing or changing attachments is done in seconds and can be pushed to the rig-crew immediately.
Smart Review
Built in, digital and powerful review process, where contributors can highlight, discuss and request input at the click of a button. All reviews are structured for easy navigation and handling.
Procedure App (RigFlow)
RigGuide procedures that have been approved and linked to a plan are available in RigFlow for execution.
Linked Procedure (RigFlow)
When a procedure is connected to a digital plan, The RigFlow system will visually represent and notify you (when applicable) about procedures that haven’t been performed or items that still need to be completed.
Insights
Operational insights/lessons learned flow back from RigFlow™, with all relevant metadata automatically attached, and instantly available in RigBridge™.
