Training / Onboarding
To get all departments up and running quickly, we have people present with various industry experiences from drilling operations. These will ensure that everyone understands and is able to use the system from day one.
Hands-on support
We have skilled, hands-on teams working on assignments to support our clients with onboarding. Their expertise ensures a smooth and efficient workflow, making it easier for clients to integrate and feel confident from day one.
Phase 4
Hypercare
We are onsite the drilling units with skilled coaches having a long operational background for a prolonged period. This ensures both training of all end users and assisting the change management part of learning people new ways of working and how to best benefit from the new tools.
